Fees

We make every attempt to resolve cases in the quickest and most cost-effective manner. However, tax resolution requires a combination of art, science and negotiation. For this reason, few tax professionals are willing to tackle tax resolution work. Our fees are based on the time and knowledge that is necessary to accurately and adequately assess your individual situation and the time required to communicate and negotiate with the IRS on your behalf.

TaxProEZ begins with a belief in one of Stephen Covey's 7 Habits. We seek first to understand ... then to be understood. We offer a free initial consultation where we discuss your liability and your current financial condition to determine the tentative resolution approaches we can pursue. Our goal is to determine whether we can assist you in resolving your tax liability and to provide you with enough information to help you determine whether you want to hire us.
If we agree to take your case, we begin with a comprehensive evaluation to determine the full nature and scope of your IRS debt and to document your personal financial position to allow us to determine a final settlement approach to pursue with the IRS.

All of our services are offered on a fixed fee basis where we agree on the scope of the engagement and the applicable fee prior to performing the services. While we cannot guarantee results, we attempt to gather all relevant information prior to completing the engagement agreement to determine the best alternative for resolving your IRS debt.

Every taxpayer is entitled to representation when dealing with the IRS. A taxpayer may either represent him/herself or, with proper written authorization, have someone else represent him/her. A taxpayer's representative must be an individual authorized to practice before the IRS, such as an enrolled agent.
